Refund and Returns Policy

At Zoha Fashion BD, we value customer satisfaction and always aim to provide high-quality women’s clothing. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • You received a wrong product

  • You received a product with a manufacturing defect

  • The product is damaged at the time of delivery

Note:

  • Color or slight design variation may occur due to lighting or screen settings and will not be considered for return.

  • Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for return.


2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or washed items

  • Customized or altered products

  • Bulk wholesale orders (unless the product is completely wrong or seriously defective)


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if replacement stock is not available.

  • Refunds will be processed through bank/bKash/Nagad after verification.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to be completed.


5. Exchange Policy

If the item is available in stock, we will arrange an exchange.
Customers must send the product back to our address; return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the mistake is from our side.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping only.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
